What a fantastic experience! The spacious Junior Suite was like living in a fairytale, complete with a luxurious spa access that was perfect for unwinding. The outdoor pool with a diving board was a highlight, and the dinner served al fresco was absolutely delightful. Each staff member was dedicated, especially Valentina at the front desk, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs.
Limited dining options.

A gem hidden in Cutrofiano
The spacious Junior Suite offered a dreamlike stay, complemented by an attentive staff who made our experience feel extra special. Breakfast was a delightful spread, with plenty of choices. Don't miss the beautiful gardens that provide a serene backdrop to your mornings!
Though the hotel is remarkable in many aspects, I did find the dining options a tad limited in variety. the check-in process felt a bit prolonged, which was a minor hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay.

the breakfast was subpar and uninspiring, I expected much more for the price. the limited cereal options truly baffled me. I also thought a complimentary welcome gesture woudl ve been standard for such a luxurious hotel, but alas, just regular treatment. couldn’t even get decent service at the gym, where the equipment was broken!

Highly recommend for families
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and the bar well stocked, if at any time there was a language issue with a staff member they would fetch someone instantly to ensure everything was good.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the experience was still worth it.

We had an amazing time hanging out at the pool and exploring nearby Nardo Garden. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the staff made us feel right at home. Make sure to check out the Kneipp trail—it's a fun, relaxing experience. Perfect spot for a group getaway!
The only downside was that the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, which was a little frustrating after a long drive.

The outdoor pool area is a real highlight, featuring sun beds and even a diving board, making it a perfect hangout for relaxation. The overall cleanliness is impressive, and the spa offers a range of treatments that can help you unwind after a long day of exploring.
The noise issues between rooms can be quite bothersome, as sounds from the bathrooms can disrupt your peace. The restaurant leaves much to be desired. the dining menu is limited and the quality of the food often doesn’t justify the high prices. Breakfast is pretty basic, with a disappointing lack of variety. the gym facilities could use some major improvements, like air conditioning and functioning equipment. some services feel rushed, particularly in the spa, which can detract from the relaxation experience.
